Great place and well suited to watch sporting events, unfortunately still with a lot of improvement potential. . . There were big problems with the reservation it was hung up several times and it was said that all tables were occupied. But when we stopped by without reservation, many tables were free so we found a place. In addition, after ordering one portion of mozzarelline potate, 2 more portions were served too much (which the waitress also admitted as her mistake). We were then asked either to pay for it or they take it back. The food was already at our table for a few minutes. It was also regrettable that our table consisting of 5 people was served partly in plastic cups and partly in real beer glasses. For a restaurant that advertises with its wide variety of beers, drinking beer from plastic cups is certainly not a pleasure. Here you can definitely improve something. During my second visit to a restaurant that had initially impressed me, I was disappointed by several issues that affected our overall experience. The positive aspects began with a bartender who spoke perfect English, enhancing our communication and dining experience. The food, like before, met our expectations and was enjoyable.

However, our satisfaction quickly declined when a second round of drinks we ordered never arrived. Despite being the only customers, the bartender seemed more interested in chatting with a friend than attending to his responsibilities. To worsen the situation, the bartender attempted to blame the server, citing her supposedly poor English as the reason for the service mishap. No place in their right mind is called "sports beer and grill" and forces you to have dinner from the restaurant menu, and does not have the price of the beers in the beer menu. Also, if you only want a beer while your friends are having dinner, you are supposed to pay the "coperto" of 2 €. Utterly ridiculous.

Edit - to the owner's reply:

1. no one told us we would have had to order dinner when we booked. We were gaslighted about having been told, which was a very unpleasant experience.
2. there is not a single indication outside your place saying that it is mandatory to have dinner, or that the place is a restaurant.
3. many reviews are complaining about these issues and the service you provide, but clearly you have the luxury to not have to be polite to disappointed customers, as you show with your replies....
