Ristorante Imperiale — Restaurant in Milan

Ristorante Imperiale has been active under the same management for decades: it used to be a Chinese-only restaurant, then it started offering a wider range of Asian cuisine, including Thai food and Sushi.

I had dinner there recently and I found a few problematic aspects, which might not be an issue to some people, but I think it's worth providing this kind of feedback to the management and leave an honest review for potential customers.

Electronic cigarettes: we have been told that customers may use them with moderation, and then we saw the manager, Marco, using his tobacco heater inside the place, in areas where people are dining. When I went to the till, near the entrance, the whole area was filled with a pervasive smell of e-cigarette. Awful. Monosodium glutamate (MSG): it is widely used, so much so that not all the waitresses were able to tell me whether a particular Thai dish included this ingredient Salt: while Sushi is a valid option, both of their soy sauces are extremely salty, in particularly the home-made one.

Having said that, the quality of the fish in the sushi seemed good and the Chinese food we ordered was fine. There was a particularly polite Chinese waitress, while another one couldn't speak a decent level of...

Eccellente e storico ristorante cinese a milano. Molto pulito. Cortesia e eccellente menu cino-giapponese. Tanti i piatti anche per vegetariani come me. Ho scelto (e scelgo sempre) gli Okra che sono eccellenti e anche gli udon con verdure e funghi. Il personale è davvero disponibile, cordiale e se si fanno richieste particolari sono pronti ad aiutare e soddisfare. Sui tavoli ci sono i menu tramite codice qr. prezzi normali. Qualità dei cibi davvero eccezionale. Brutto dirlo ma qui davvero il sapore non è il classico che si sente in tutti gli altri ristoranti cinesi. Esperienza super positiva da L’Imperiale Asian Fusion a Milano! Il locale ha un’atmosfera elegante ma accogliente, perfetta sia per una cena tra amici che per una serata più intima.

Il menù è davvero interessante, con una fusione ben riuscita tra piatti tradizionali asiatici e tocchi creativi. Ottima la qualità delle materie prime e presentazione curata nei minimi dettagli. Il personale è stato gentile, attento e disponibile nel consigliare piatti e abbinamenti. La titolare sempre attenta nel consigliare e proporre piatti per gli indecisi😊
