The breakfast consists of pre-packaged croissants, dry biscuits and Nutella and jam packages with no bread to eat it with. We bought our own bread and cheese, but eating it was very difficult as the largest provided plates were saucers. I would not recommend booking the breakfast. After the first night, they didn't change our bed sheets! The blanket was wrapped in bed lining which got weirdly bunched up while we slept. The bed is only about 1,8m long! The bed consists of two matresses which drift apart pretty easily. One day they forgot to restock the toilet paper in our room. The hotel is located in an industrial area on a weird road. We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The room service is excellent, breakfast and coffee are always available in the room. The room is cleaned every day, fresh towels everyday. People are so nice. Very good location, calm and there is a parking attached to the hotel. We ate the restaurant too, food was very good. Portions are very generous and quality is so good. Our stay was so good. Positivo: El día en que llegamos, lo hicimos más temprano que la hora de Check-In, sin embargo pudimos hacer Check-In temprano. El lugar pertenece a un restaurante que tiene el mismo nombre, que se encuentra justo debajo, lo que es bastante conveniente, almorzamos ahí y nos gustó mucho.
Negativo: El desayuno es bastante triste, consiste en algunas galletas, Nutella, repostería empacada y en una máquina de cápsulas de café. No hay platos, ni sillas para dos personas, ni una mesa apropiada para comer. Solo lo vuelve peor el echo de que el lugar pertenece a un restaurante que tiene el mismo nombre.
El lugar se ubica en una zona industrial muy lejos del centro de Milán, estábamos al tanto de esto a la hora de reservar, pero dado que en teoría es fácil de llegar desde la estación de Milano Centrale utilizando la línea 81 del autobús, reservamos igualmente. Sin embargo, el servicio de esa línea no es el mejor, terminamos utilizando la línea 1 del metro, que tiene una estación a 750 metros de la Fornasetta.
El servicio nos pareció apresurado y desentendido, al llegar tuvimos que esperar alrededor de 15 minutos para hacer Check-In. Se le da prioridad a los clientes del restaurante, y se relega a los huéspedes a un segundo plano.
La habitación es pequeña, y tenía una ventana hacia la calle, por lo que durante la noche había muchísimo ruido, puede tener que ver con que era fin de semana, pero la cortina tampoco era opaca, por lo que entraba muchísima luz. También habían personas entrando y saliendo de otras habitaciones a altas horas de la noche, lo que dificultaba aún más dormir. El segundo día nos dimos cuenta que la habitación contigua estaba en remodelación, factor que el host nunca mencionó a la hora del Check-In.
