Sevilla Mia Restaurante — Restaurant in Milan

Passed this place a few times whilst heading to and from the grand canal. The wife said she thought it looked cute and always seemed to have a good amount of customers so we decide to try it one night.

Glad we did. The waitress was excellent and helpful. We opted for the aperitivo menu, drink and nibbles for 10 euro each. There were two options for the aperitivo, Pinchos and the other cold cuts. We went for one of each. Both were fantastic.

We did look at the main menu and the prices look very good. Around 5 euro for each individual tapas. If we were wanting more food we would have happily ordered some but we had already had a bit to eat earlier.

Next time we are bacack in Milan we will...

The staff is amazing! So helpful,courteous, friendly, and engaging! One of our party of 4 had a significant number of different food intolerances and they made sure everything we ordered was appropriate. The food was outstanding! We shared everything, Papas Bravas ( maybe the best potatoes I’ve ever had), the vegetable stew, the cured Jamon, the steak with hummus (also maybe the best hummus i’ve ever had). The steak with spicy sauce, and the shrimp in garlic & olive oil! All outstanding! It was so good, we ate dinner there 3 nights in a row! Ho prenotato qui perché avevo voglia di vera Paella ma non sono stata soddisfatta. Premessa.. ho prenotato per 4 persone nel primo turno (dalle 19:45 alle 21:45) anche se non gradisco il ricambio tavoli ma era l’unico in zona navigli che mettesse d’accordo tutti. Ho chiamato 2 gionri in anticipo specificando che eravamo in 4 (di cui poi siamo arrivati in 3) e che saremmo arrivati alle 8:15 richiedendo espressamente una paella do mare e una di pesce. Menomale che il quarto non si è presentato e siamo rimasti in 3 perché le porzioni sono da 1 persona rachitica a malapena, mangiando due paelle da due persone l’una, quindi 4 porzioni in tutto e 3 persone, avevamo ancora fame. Io capisco i prezzi folli perché abito a Milano ma per 42€ solo per due porzioni di paella di pesce non me ne si puó portare poca. Il riso era veramente millimetrico, non sto sindacando sulla quantità di pesce perché era giusta, ma il riso che costa meno dei crostacei onestamente ne potevano aggiungere di piu.

Oltretutto non mi è piaciuto il fatto che specificando che saremmo arrivati alle 8:15, considerando che con il ricambio tavoli hai solo un’ora e mezza per mangiare, ci hanno portato la paella dopo un’ora di attesa, tantissimo!

Spendendo in totale 38€ (paella di terra) + 42) per quella di pesce e 2 antipasto sono uscita che avevo ancora fame (Se lo dico io ragazza magretta di 50 kg che mediamente mangia poco la cosa è grave)

Il locale invece è molto stretto, i tavoli sono molto attaccati l’uno all’altro creando molta confusione e non è bello neanche sentire le conversazioni del tavolo di fianco.
