Zero Due — Restaurant in Milan

I ordered a non-alcoholic cocktail from the menu, but received an alcoholic version instead with a complimentary bug inside the drink. I tried to inform the waitress, but she retorted rudely that she was busy and went away. When she finally returned so I could complain she looked puzzled as if she didn’t comprehend the problem; however, she did offer to change my drink. I accepted and asked for a Caffè Leccese (which is a lower value item on the menu). She then returned in an irritated manner saying that: “they couldn’t change my drink, and that it had been watered down for me”. The logic behind this offer still defies me given that adding water doesn’t remove alcohol and doesn’t remove insects from drinks. Therefore, I was clearly not going to drink it. It’s a very cheap and offensive way to treat people.

As for the drinks my friends received, one of the glasses was clearly dirty with someone else’s lipstick, and the other was a subpar Spritz.

Looking at other reviews, they seem largely quite positive. So I don’t know if mine was a one off experience, but I certainly won’t be going back and wouldn’t recommend...

Sono stata al locale pochi giorni fa dopo aver ricevuto consiglio da un amico, curiosa di constatare se l'atmosfera esterna del posto corrispondesse al servizio offerto. Mi sono quindi seduta con un'amica e ho aspettato un terzo amico, che è arrivato una 20ina di minuti dopo, ma prima della cameriera. Non contenti, per ricevere il menù abbiamo aspettato un'altra decina di minuti, dopodichè dopo diversi tentativi di attirare l'attenzione della cameriera in fuga abbiamo ordinato un cocktail, un analcolico e un caffè, ricevendo: un cocktail, un alcolico con liquore e insetto e un caffè con rossetto. Abbiamo quindi chiesto alla cameriera di sostituire almeno il cocktail data la presenza di alcool e insetto, ma abbiamo ricevuto lo stesso cocktail allungato con acqua perchè non era possibile cambiarlo, e per di più è stato anche, naturalmente, pagato e non consumato. Non so se il nome effettivamente sia una predizione del servizio che si andrà a ricevere, ma nel dubbio non...
