During our trip to Milan, we couldn’t resist the craving for Filipino food—and that’s how we discovered Kusinela Online. Their menu immediately caught our attention, especially the seafood boil and, of course, the classic silogs.
Trying it was the best decision we made. The food was absolutely delicious. The seafood boil exceeded our expectations—the seafood was fresh, and the sauce was bursting with flavor.
I ordered the Chicken Adobo, while my fiancé opted for the Tokwa’t Baboy. Both dishes tasted just like home, bringing us that comforting and nostalgic Pinoy flavor we were longing for. We loved every bite.
To top it all off, Kuya France, the owner, was incredibly kind and accommodating.

Abbiamo cenato in due cercando di prendere alimenti diversi: SHANGAI: involtini ripieni di carne (ottima frittura e ottimo gusto) SIOMAI: simili ai ravioli al vapore giapponesi e cinesi (ottimo sapore e gusto delicato) FRESH LUMPIA: involtino di crêpe con verdure e topping di salsa di arachidi) (ingredienti freschissimi ed ottimo abbinamento verdure arachidi) PORK BBQ: involtini di maiale in ottima salsa TAPSILOG: ottima carne e ottima marinatura. BICOL KATSU: cotoletta di maiale fritta (ottima frittura) con riso saltato all'olio di cocco e peperoncino (leggero): Divorata ! Infine, come dessert: HALO-HALO: trionfo di colori e gusto per un dessert assolutamente da provare. Tutti i piatti sono stati ampiamente promossi: BRAVISSIMA cuoca. Ci ritorneremo al 100% per altre volte.
Literal na naglakbay ako sa lutuing Pilipino. Naramdaman kong ako'y nasa bahay, salamat sa mainit na pagtanggap ng mga may-ari. Nag-hapunan kaming dalawa at sinubukang pumili ng iba’t ibang putahe:
SHANGHAI: lumpiang may palaman na karne (napakagandang pagkakaprito at masarap ang lasa) SIOMAI: katulad ng mga steamed dumplings ng Hapon at Tsino (masarap at banayad ang lasa) FRESH LUMPIA: crêpe roll na may gulay at peanut sauce topping (napakasariwa ng mga sangkap at mahusay ang kombinasyon ng gulay at mani) PORK BBQ: pork skewers na may masarap na sauce TAPSILOG: napakalambot na karne at mahusay ang pag-marinate BICOL KATSU: pritong pork cutlet (perpektong luto), may kasamang sinangag na may gata ng niyog at bahagyang anghang – Walang natira!
Sa huli, panghimagas: HALO-HALO: isang pagsabog ng kulay at lasa — isang dessert na kailangang subukan!
