I sincerely hope more people discover and support your work, and that this unique fusion of style earns the international recognition it deserves. Food was lovely - I did deduct a star coz of my plating of my main and dessert. And I realized the plating was different from other guests which looked better - maybe someone more junior did my dish. Otherwise, the taste was pretty much on point. Highly recommend to try the desserts as I felt that they made extra effort to create an artistic dish - I was eyeing every pretty dessert at other tables.

Followed by scallops and pancetta, then we had ‘noodles’ of squid, an amazing fish dish and a dessert of coconut cream with pineapple. All accompanied by wine for a very fair price! (55 euro for the 4 course tasting menu and 25 euro for the wine accompaniment! It was a great evening with a lot of tasting surprises!
