Love this place. It's off the beaten track, unpretentious, but they know their way round a cocktail, no question about that. I ordered a Martini, always a good test - I've had numerous good and bad Martinis over the years - and it was certainly one of the best I've had in terms of balance and flavour. I'll be back!

Dopo la serata d’inaugurazione che ha divertito centinaia di persone in via Carteria, sono tornato sabato per un post cena con amici. Il locale è un'istituzione a Modena e da poco la gestione è passata a un trio di giovani che hanno portato freschezza e creatività. Siamo in pieno centro, l’interno ha un tocco vintage che mescola lo stile della tipica trattoria modenese con i pub irlandesi e ci sono tavoli anche all’esterno sotto un lungo portico. L’ambiente è giovanile e dinamico, a partire dalla comunicazione sui social fino al servizio, simpatico e attento. I prezzi sono in linea con la media, il menù è tematico e la drink list ha proposte originali e invitanti (anche per gli analcolici), senza rinunciare ai classici. Noi ci siamo trovati da Dio e qualità davvero super. Torneremo di sicuro e grazie per l’ospitalità!

Bella atmosfera a cavallo tra l'antico Caffè Malagoli e la nuova formula di Cesare. Avevo avuto modo di conoscere i bartender in alcune fiere di settore e finalmente sono andato a trovarli. Il menu drink proposto è ben studiato e ben presentato attraverso dei tarocchi che fanno riferimento ai vari cocktail. Anche la proposta di classici non è scontata e ho potuto ritrovare dei drink iconici che di solito non si bevono mai perchè ce li dimentichiamo. Si può anche mangiare qualcosa, complimenti per le tigelle, ottime.

Cesare is a beautiful cocktail Bar located in the heart of Modena..walking distance from the main street.

The ambiance is welcoming, heartfelt, embracing and the drinks are creative, delicious and empathetic in nature.

Federico as a passionate entrepreneur and the ever so charming Alex as a mixologist, I am certain that Cesare is on right path to becoming a landmark in Modena.

So I highly recommend a stroll down the artistic via Carteria and grabbing a gentle respite at the Cesare with a glass of Lola Love and their edible eco-friendly...

Found this cocktail bar to pass some of the afternoon and so happy that we decided to stop! The drinks were all delicious and unique and the owner Freddie was so fun to talk to and incredibly helpful as well. He had great recommendations for cocktails based on our tastes and even went so far as to recommend several other restaurants and bars to make the rest of our trip more enjoyable.
