Master Kebab - gusta la sorpresa....Pizza.... — Restaurant in Modena

We have been traveling in Italy for several days and we were looking for something other than the normal Italian fare. Enter Master Kebab - the people were so friendly, even though we struggled through our broken Italian. The portions were huge, and the price was super reasonable. The food was flavorful and super fresh. And the main worker threw in 2 free baklavas just to be kind. We did take our order to go because the room was a little warm with the hot rotating spots going, but there is a cute little park within an easy walk. Takeaway experience. I don’t want to take away from traditional Italian food but after about 8-9days straight, you need a bit of a palate cleanser. Whether by fate or luck, I stumbled upon this while opening google maps. Food was excellent, filling and cheap. My strongest advice is “get the the kebab piadina”. (The falafel was also excellent for veggie minced folks). Coming from the US and having experience with this type of cuisine, I have to say the kebab was one of the better ones I’ve had period, not just in Modena....

He cut up the Kebab meat and let it sit in the tray for 30mins, then picked it up and put it back on the stick. He did not understand my order at all, acted like he understood it bit disregarded it. He put on 3 small pieces of cucumber and forgot the Fries. The meat was red and at some places white in general uncooked.
