Quite disappointed after seeing so many great reviews.. the staff were friendly and accommodated us in English, however we had hoped for a better wine pairing recommendation from the reviews. We ordered the lasagne and parmigiana - both pretty average compared to the meals we’ve had in the region the past week sadly and the bread served with it was stale. Feeling quite misled by the ratings, but perhaps we got unlucky on the day and they were also rather busy inside with a large group of kids. Had an absolutely phenomenal afternoon and evening at Stappiamo. Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff served up a mouthwatering selection of twists on classic favourites utilising rich local produce. We were so full by the end.

This is to say nothing of the wine which was a perfectly curated selection - we tried and loved varieties which we would never have found or considered before but complemented the food precisely.
