If you are ordering the tomahawk steak, don't worry about ordering too much food. Steak was cooked to perfection - medium rare. Aubergine starter was amazing. The service was great. I did ask for no shrimp on my pasta, and a little miscommunication and shrimp arrived on my plate. Quick response from the waiter and issue resolved fresh pasta with no shrimp within 5 minutes. It's not the cheapest if you are ordering the steak, but in my eyes, it's more than worth the money. €137 for two people, which in my opinion was very good quality and I don't mind paying when you get good service and good food. Highly recommend.

The burrata and the seafood spaghetti were both good. The tuna, though, was a train wreck. It had a lot of tough connective tissue, wasn't butchered properly, and it was fried in the style of fried chicken. The flavor of fried batter and oil overpowered the fish. My partner feels we made a mistake in ordering the tuna, though I think the restaurant should take it off the menu if they aren't able to do a good job with it. The waiter was nice.

Extremely fishy pasta (frozen), burnt eggplant parm, mushy pizza. we had a reservation and the girl on the rooftop could not be more bothered to serve us, and if you read reviews you’ll see others complaining about the same. we canceled the rest of our meal because of how bad the food was. we didn’t get off to a fun start because of the service ether. Another table before us said the same exact thing

It was very quiet on Wednesday at 9pm when I stopped in. Other places were much busier. I was seated immediately. Bread and water was provided while I read the menu. Staff were great and happy to take time to advise on different dishes. I ended up going for the waiters suggestions. I was not disappointed. The food was served promptly but under no time pressure. Food was some of the best on offer in Monopoli. Itwas hot and very tasty. They were also great with the two families with small kiddies.

A great place to relax after a day touring. Has a nice old but modern romantic feel to it.

Glad I stayed away from more congested restaurants. Highly recommend this one.

Didn't take photos this time round because food looked and smelled so good I had dug in and eaten before I remembered. That in itself says everything as I'm normally very...

The place looked charming in the early evening when it was still empty. We thought we might come back later — and we did — but unfortunately, it turned out to be more of a tourist-oriented spot.

The reviews are surprisingly positive, but it's likely that many guests are genuinely satisfied — satisfied with deep-fried frozen fish, even though fresh fish (and the fisherman) are just next door. Several dishes and wines were unavailable, and the staff's recommendations felt random and last-minute, only given when ordering.

This review was written at the request of our waiter, who didn’t notice that we weren’t entirely happy with the quality of the food. It may meet the expectations of many, but Apulian cuisine has so much more to offer in terms of freshness and quality. There are worse places — but certainly also much...

The place is promising given the excellent location and the nice interior. But we were very disappointed by the poor communication and crazy pricing. We ordered a portion of grilled meat, medium rare, clearly for just one person, as we had ordered a meal per person. They brought us more than a kilo of meat at the price of 72 euros! Who on earth eats 1.2/1.3 kilos of meat alone? Why not let us know that the meat was for more than one person when we ordered it? I suspect this was intentional. Moreover, the meat was definitely not medium rare - large parts of it were completely raw. Since I am pregnant I could therefore not even try it. We paid so much and so much food was wasted,...
