I had the most amazing time at Filo d’Olio for a private cooking class with my wife and kids. This is a family business, in fact we were welcomed by the mother of the owner, Angela, who was simply incredible. We have two young children, and she made sure that not only the felt included, but that they actually learned how to make orecchiette pasta and panzerotti. The place itself is a gem, so beautiful and stylish yet true to the local tradition, materials and colors. You do feel transported in time. After our class, Angela cooked our panzerotti and orecchiette and treated us to wine and coffee. I highly recommend this activity to anyone visiting, and I can’t wait to come back for dinner soon!

"Tra piante sospese e sapori che restano nel cuore" Abbiamo cenato al Filo d’Olio attraverso il circuito The Fork, un piccolo gioiello gestito con passione da Danilo, e ne siamo rimasti entusiasti. L’atmosfera è accogliente e rilassata: abbiamo scelto un tavolo all’aperto, godendoci la tranquillità del luogo, e siamo stati serviti con grande cortesia da Maria, che si è rivelata attenta, disponibile e prodiga di ottimi consigli. Eravamo desiderosi di gustare piatti a base di burrata e le proposte non hanno deluso: abbiamo iniziato con una burratina con basilico, pomodoro, cialda di pane e pomodoro infornato, servita con una deliziosa ciotolina di crema di pistacchio salato, che ha aggiunto una nota originale e saporita al piatto. A seguire, abbiamo scelto gli scrigni di burrata con pesto di basilico, pomodori datterini rossi e gialli e capocollo disidratato – un equilibrio perfetto tra freschezza, cremosità e sapidità. Non potevamo resistere ai fiori di zucca ripieni di ricotta e menta con pomodorini confit, fragranti e delicati, semplicemente eccellenti. A fine cena, Danilo ci ha gentilmente invitati a visitare l’interno del locale: un ambiente suggestivo, reso unico da un antico pozzo perfettamente conservato e da un sistema di piante vere sospese con irrigazione aerea – un dettaglio scenografico che unisce natura, design e tradizione in modo affascinante. Consigliatissimo a chi cerca una cucina autentica, creativa e curata nei dettagli, in un contesto che racconta amore per il territorio e per l’ospitalità. Torneremo sicuramente!

Meraviglioso! Localino appartato e secondo me dall' aspetto molto romantico, con tanto di musica di sottofondo appena percettibile (ASSOLUTAMENTE NO ALLA MUSICA DAL VIVO DURANTE LA CENA) proprio come dovrebbe essere, per permettere ai clienti di parlare liberamente e normalmente. Questo ristorante è prenotabile attraverso The Fork, è possibile pagare con gli yums ed è così che lo abbiamo scoperto ed è così che abbiamo pagato, quindi punto a favore sulla correttezza del ristorante (non tutti lo sono...). Servizio cortese, forse in po' disattento, un paio di volte abbiamo dovuto chiedere a diversi camerieri di portarci l'acqua e il conto. Quando siamo arrivati il cameriere ci ha fatto scegliere dove sederci, il ristorante ha sia dei tavoli fuori che lo spazio interno molto curato. Menù variegato, antipasti, primi e secondi sia di mare che di terra. I dolci personalmente non mi hanno colpito, però posso solo fare un commento indiretto, perché non li ho assaggiati, non perché non fossero buoni (non posso saperlo) ma perché i nomi non mi intrigavano particolarmente. Il mio consiglio sul piatto da provare è: straccetti di manzo con pesto e burrata, assolutamente spaziale. Nel complesso consigliato, soprattutto alle coppie, ma anche per i gruppi, perché nel menù sono comprese delle pizze niente male. Io dico 4 stelle quasi piene, per le 5 stelle la strada è lunga, secondo me il menù è da ampliare e il servizio dovrebbe essere più preciso ma siete sulla buona strada. After reading the good recommendation on TripAdvisor and the photos this should be the restaurant for our evening dinner. As we showed up very early (7:30), we were the only guests in the restaurant and the location and Ambiente is exactly like on the pictures. Service was fast and the wine we ordered was good - And what happened than, separates a really good restaurant from average with high prices. As there was only pasta with seafood on the menu, I asked for a vegetarian pasta or at least one without seafood, because I can not eat seafood unfortunately. The service lady explained me that this is not possible and they have only what’s on the menu, what sounds very strange to me, all the ingredients for 10-15 simple pasta dishes seems to be in the kitchen, when reading the other dishes. in the end we changed our restaurant to the fabulous „myWine“ in Via Cavaliere. For a restaurant with this prices I would have expected that you feel welcome as guest, and they would have shown a bit more passion to satisfy...

Really nice, lively restaurant in a great location. Food and aperitifs were delicious. We got 2 seafood centric dishes for main course and they were so fresh. Service was alright.. we made a reservation but upon arriving had to wait around 10 mins for a table, and a couple that had no reservation were given a table before us. But, it was very busy so fair enough i guess. The only real negative aspect of the experience was the music that they were playing. It was absolutely atrocious. We tried to ignore it but couldn’t because it just got progressively worse. They played an awful house remix of ‘driving home for christmas’ at one point like seriously.. I strongly suggest playing better music because it really does either make or break...

We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They offered thoughtful food recommendations and took the time to explain each dish, which really helped us appreciate the meal even more.

The vibe of the place was lovely—relaxed yet refined—and every dish we tried was fantastic. The cantaloupe and prawn salad appetizer was refreshing and perfectly balanced, while the cacio e pepe pasta was rich, peppery, and just the right amount of creamy. The lobster pasta was another standout—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection.

Truly a memorable dining experience, both for the food and the hospitality....
