Caffè Napoli — Restaurant in Monopoli

We got here at 10:30 and we ordered two drinks at 10:40 so we waited 10 min for just the waitress to come and take our order. And then the waitress proceeded to NOT ORDER OUR DRINKS AND STARE AT THE WINDOW. After that we just watched as others (that sat down at the cafe after us) get their orders. We waited 30 WHOLE MINUTES just for them to bring our drinks after we told them that they forgot the drinks. After all that they brought us the most sad-looking coffees that I’ve ever seen. I finished it in one baby sip. At least one of the waitresses was nice and apologised, but the one that took our order was...

Don't ever visit that place if you dont want to be discriminatated being an international tourist and not italian...waited 20 min to order when there were only 2 tables being busy..then another 25 mins waiting for few drinks, but nothing came..when I went to the bar to ask what's the problem, there were 6 people staff chatting to each other and doing nothing; They completely forgot the order and were looking at me with empty eyes, because had no excuse for being lazy, ignorant and irresponsible..the same time the 2 tables with italian guests got their orders..Do...

Oh my God. Caffe Napoli is truly great. I had five breakfasts in there, as my BnB has some sort of understanding with the Caffe owners I think. The service was lovely and the staff was kind and fast. The breakfast items such as Cornetti (which they bake in their own bakery as I was told) and Cappuccino are so good that I wanted to bring them back to Poland somehow! So many fillings to cornetti, wow. I have had quite a few meals in Puglia, but the ones that I had in Caffe Napoli will definitely stay in my top 3. The lunch/dinner pieces...
