This is a hidden cafe next to track 1 platform. It’s easy to miss as you climb the stairs up to get to the platform.

We were on our way to Pisa and wanted a quick breakfast. Their pastries were wonderfully flaky and warm as they just replenished their display case. We had a brioche and croissants and they were excellent. So was their latte and cappuccino. They have small cafe seating facing the sea (indoor as well as covered) where you can enjoy your meal. Two people working the counter were friendly and efficient. Pricing was pretty good compared to prices at cafes at street level. I had an great time at this café inside the train station. The place was buzzing with activity, and the service was friendly and fast. The cappuccino was good; creamy and frothy milk - so delightful! The staff, especially the waitress, were super nice and made jokes when I had an issue with my bank card. We laughed it off together. Can't wait to go back! Super cute little place to grab a coffee, cocktail or something to eat while waiting for your train, I ordered the fish sandwich and the French fries- the French fried were delicious the skinny fries and cooked to perfection!
