Perfectoo - food love & more — Restaurant in Naples

Horrible experience. Husband and I attempted to have dinner here on a Sunday night as it was one of the few restaurants open in the neighbourhood. I ordered the salmon burger; the menu does not explain that the I need to add on dressing to the burger but rather sells you options as a side dish, so I asked for fries, and to my surprise the burger arrived with zero dressing (not even mayo or a piece of lettuce) and the patty was so obviously frozen and just thrown on the grill a few minutes before. My husband had ordered the chicken Kabab which wasn’t well cooked and was meant to come with a side of baked potato but arrived with fries instead that were very oily and soggy. We couldn’t even eat the food and politely asked for the bill. They didn’t even ask what was wrong with the dishes or offer to fix the problem or provide an alternative, instead they were offended and were extremely rude to us. They made us pay in full although the food was untouched. The waiter was very polite though. Will never...

My family and I are spending holiday in Sorrento for a week and we visited Naples today ..we went in this restaurant to have our Lunch..the place look gorgeous and inviting...But to our desmay..because the staffs are not even friendly nor welcoming..they are just chatting around each other..and when I asked the staff for a.menu book..he made a bad face..and dirty look on me and showed me the cleaner spray that he was holding..i think his message was ..'can't you see i am busy?" But just holding the spray..not even cleaning the table..and eventually handed me the menu book blunty...so we left the place feeling disgraced!!!! The staff attitude is unacceptable...they are not friendly..not even appproachable..i feel bad to the owner of that restaurant...I DON'T KNOW IF THE OWNER IS AWARE OF HIS...

Don’t even bother. Waited 20 minutes for someone to take our order after seating ourselves as no one seemed interested. There was some confusion as to who had taken our order as three waitresses came over, none who spoke English which is strange given that the menu is in English. We were about to leave as it had been another 15 minutes before they came over with our drinks but with the wrong order. When we told them one of the drinks was wrong the waitress gave me a foul look before taking the drink away and returning 5 minutes later with the correct drink, no apology given at all. 35 minutes for two drinks, don’t...
