This was arguably the worst food and service I’ve ever had in 4 trips to Italy. Firstly we waited over 20 minutes to get an order taken even for drinks. Then while we watched several tables who arrived after us get food we waited. When the food finally came both the starters and secondi arrived almost together - about 1 minute apart. When we indicated that it wasn’t right the waiter just put the food down. The fried prawns were greasy and the calamari hard, dry and very over cooked. The veal ‘schnitzel’ was ok but about the size of an extremely small hamburger patty with greasy thin sliced potatoes. We were then left sitting with dirty plates for a further 15 minutes at least while the waiter continued to pass us by. When we went to pay and complain, came the claim of not being able to understand and being passed from one staff member to another even using google translate. 10% discount was given which was a joke but it got just too hard. No such inability to understand was displayed on ordering or when we processed the payment. Disgusting service and food which leaves a literal nasty taste in your mouth. We never complain but this was...

All served with cheap wine . Maybe it was very busy and we had bad luck , but please I would recommend you...

Some things to take note of. The menu is in Italian, I'm not too sure if there's an English version, but nothing some Google translate can't help with. The staff will also ask if you need any clarification with the menu.
We were each given a meloncello (liquor) on the house because we were "made to wait for so long", but we barely waited at all. So really good service on their part.
Food was great too, I had the seafood Risotto for €10 and the portion was just right. 5 of my clams were unopened, so I could not eat them, but it didn't bother me. The young gentleman server saw my plate and immediately apologised, and served me a full plate of clams as an apology! If that's not great service, I don't know what is.
Remember to tip, because for the service you'll get, it is the...
