We just had the BEST experience in this bar! Such a unique and unforgettable memory! The owner/manager just taught us some valuable lessons:

It’s forbidden to use laptop in a bar in Italy. It’s not allowed to stay in a bar more than one hour otherwise they will clear your table (no matter whether there is remaining food) and leave the bill on the table without saying a word the whole time. These rules apply anytime even though 4 out all 6 tables are empty at that time. We spend 9.5 euro for two people.

I’m so grateful that the owner let me realize that the bars I used to go to in Milan, Firenze and Roma that allows me to use pc and stay for more than one hour without asking me to leave, probably are just fake bars or exit in another parallel universe that are not in this reality! Una vasta selezione di pasticceria e piatti salati mi ha accolto, offrendomi un ventaglio di opzioni irresistibili. Ogni boccone era un tripudio di sapori, con ingredienti freschi e di alta qualità che si fondono in armonia. Went here twice in the space of 3 days. Excellent coffee and pastries. They do very good Sfogliatella. The first time I went was mid afternoon. The place was quiet and the staff were very polite. The second time however (the reason I’m deducting a star) was late morning and the place was a bit busier. While the place was by no means packed, the staff seemed much more chaotic and abrasive. Understandable the staff might be more stressed and thus slightly less courteous around peak times, however as soon as we started drinking our coffee it was very obvious they wanted us to finish and leave ASAP so they could get more customers through. I still recommend the place for good coffee and pastry, but perhaps go at quieter times if you really want to enjoy...
