Sapido — Restaurant in Noli

We recently visited Controcorrente in Noli, and we have to say that we were impressed with the experience. The wine selection is definitely a highlight, with a great range of options at good prices. The tapas menu is also a nice touch, and the fish and chips we had were particularly great.

However, we have to admit that we were disappointed with the lasagne we ordered. While we appreciate that taste can be subjective, we found that it didn't quite live up to our expectations. Nevertheless, this minor issue was more than compensated for by the wonderful selection of wines and the attentive service.

The atmosphere of the place is very cool, with a relaxed yet stylish vibe that makes for a great night out. The service was perfect, with attentive staff who went out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed.

All in all, we would definitely recommend Controcorrente for a great night out in Noli. While the lasagne might not have been to our taste, the wine selection and atmosphere more than...

Stopped for an apero and stunned at the lovely and large tapa that was served with our glasses of wine. Excellent wine list (and Huge!). Although the by the glass price is higher than usual in Noli, the quality is high. Hope to return for dinner as the order of fried anchovies we had was perfect and not the least oily. Molto bene!

Returned for dinner on a Sat and barely got in w/out a reservation. Stellar food and service again....

This place was amazing. It has a really simple and honest approach to food. It offers a different take on Lingurian cuisine than the other restaurants in the area. We had lots of different small plates and they were all excellent. The half chicken and sweet potato fries were fantastic as well. The kids loved it and were very happy to try different flavours. We will definitely come back...
