pizzeria ramolia — Restaurant in Noto

Very disappointed.

We have approached the „pizzeria ramolia” around 9pm (Sunday) willing to order pizza for takeaway. Not all of the tables were occupied. After asking the waiter about possibility to have it for takeaway, he replied that it’s not possible as we would have to wait around 45 minutes and aditionally he is not willing to „interfere the serving order” whatever it means.

Instead of coming up with some non-sense explanation, we would kindly accept the truth of saying „we do not serve takeaway” - we get it.

We fully understand that you need to recover after lockdown by having the highest bills possible, but again, coming up with nonsense just makes you look silly and VERY...

This pizzeria is in the heart of Noto, with a nice interior, and they only serve pizzas and some salads. The atmosphere was nice, and quatro formaggi is the nice choice. We ordered to be crispy and they made it like that. Also, waitress was very nice. We also ordered Capricciosa that i must admit was the worst ever in my life. The smell of the meat was not good. The eggs smelled too. The only thing that is good was the base of the pizza. Overall, good experience but avoid...

Abbiamo prenotato per 9 persone con largo anticipo perché le recensioni delle pizza erano buone e le foto anche, quindi contenti partiamo da lontano per cenare in questa pizzeria. Arriviamo puntuali alle 21, e il tavolo che ci hanno riservato era un tavolo da 6/8 massimo. Abbiamo fatto notare che in 9 non ci saremmo stati per cenare adeguatamente Abbiamo chiesto cortesemente di aggiungere un tavolo e ci è stato detto che non era possibile. Si è presentata una seconda cameriera/ responsabile di sala che ha insistito nel dire che ha sempre fatto mangiare 9 persone in un tavolo da massimo 8( stretto!!). Partendo dal presupposto che anche se fosse stato vero, 9 clienti ti dicono che staranno scomodi e che hanno bisogno di un altro tavolo, uno sforzo per far vedere che una soluzione la si sta cercando poteva essere fatto. Questo non è accaduto e il locale ha perso 9 persone ma sopratutto ha vinto 9 recensioni negative. Complimenti ! Mi dispiace ma questo non è il lavoro adatto a lei, cara Caposala! Spero almeno che non abbia fatto L’ alberghiero, come direbbe mio padre, sarebbero stati soldi mal spesi ! Ovviamente potremmo parlare solo male di...
