After trying countless pizzerias across Olbia, Ciao Bella easily stood out as the crown jewel of our culinary journey. The moment you take a bite of their pizza, you know you’ve found something special. The crust is absolutely perfect—thin, crisp on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that slight wood-fired char that pizza dreams are made of. Their tomato sauce is rich, vibrant, and clearly made with high-quality, sun-ripened tomatoes—flavorful enough to be unforgettable but balanced to let the other ingredients shine.
But what truly makes Ciao Bella more than just a place to eat is the exceptional staff. They are not only friendly and attentive—they actually remember you when you come back, welcoming you like an old friend. There’s a wonderful woman from Poland on the team who was a highlight of our visits: kind, efficient, and with a genuine warmth that made us feel at home every time. Her presence was one of the main reasons we returned more than once. Her name is: Patrycja
The interior of Ciao Bella is an experience in itself. The restaurant feels like a cozy gallery, with walls covered in beautiful, thoughtfully chosen artwork. It’s as if you’re dining inside a private art show, with each meal accompanied by a visual feast. Whether you’re sitting down for a casual bite or a long, relaxed dinner, the atmosphere is creative, welcoming, and intimate.
Ciao Bella isn’t just the best pizza in Olbia—it’s a place that combines culinary excellence, heartfelt service, and inspiring ambiance. We left full, happy, and already planning...

Step one: they make you wait outside in a fake “queue,” even though 4–5 tables were visibly empty. Apparently, this circus act is meant to make them look busy. Congratulations, you fooled nobody.
Step two: once seated, the staff parrot the same line over and over like malfunctioning robots - “My boss doesn’t allow it.” All because we wanted to share a pizza. That’s right, in 2025, this restaurant believes one pizza per table is a crime. Genius business strategy: force people to order more food they don’t want.
Step three: absolute zero effort at hospitality. No drinks offered, no appetizers, no smile, not even the basic courtesy you’d expect anywhere else. Our table was wobbling the entire evening, but apparently fixing that was too advanced a skill.
The atmosphere? Cold, arrogant, and downright hostile. It’s not just bad service - it’s an art form in how to make paying customers feel unwelcome.
And sure, the pizza looks fine. But when it’s served with contempt, it might as well be cardboard. This place is living proof that good food cannot save terrible people.
Their rating of 3.6 stars is almost comical - clearly boosted by pity points. If you value your time, your mood, or even a shred of respect, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
This place doesn’t serve food - it serves humiliation with a side...
Read moreDisappointed and distasteful! This was the second time eating at this restaurant and it was quite a shame because the first time eating here was pleasant. Upon arrival at the restaurant around 12pm myself and my partner wanted to order a pizza to share, my partner is anaphylactic to egg and dairy which we mentioned to the young gentleman with tattoos, who seemed ignorant to his allergies and didn’t understand we wanted the pizza without cheese (my partner speaks Italian so explained it to him in Italian) he then proceeded to say that I was not allowed to have my own refillable drink bottle with me (we’re travelling and have been walking quite a bit so I keep it with me all the time) because they serve water. I then stated we came another time to this restaurant and they did not mention this to me and then told him i would put it away. He then continued to compare it to me bringing my own pizza to the restaurant…. I personally don’t think the two compare what so ever. The waiter’s behaviour from the beginning was highly repulsive and looking at other reviews this restaurant definitely need to do a better job in hiring people who are accommodating, considering that is their job in the...
