Shocking service. We were ready to order when the waitress came to the table, we ordered 3 things but were clearly not speaking fast enough for her as she walked away mid order telling us 2 minutes. She served food to another table, cleared another and set up a table before she came back to finish the order. She either didn't hear or ignored one of the items so one of us didn't eat. We ordered 2 hot chocolates, one came first, a thick hot chocolate about half full in the cup - it tasted nice. The second came and was like water - completely different. We called the waitress back and said it was not the same but she told us it was. When she brought the food we told her again it was different and she took it away and replaced it with a full cup of the thick chocolate. Very strange. Overall the service was very much below expectation, and I would suggest that if you do not enjoy working as a waitress, with the public, it's best to find something...
Read moreMy Son and I actually ate here twice yesterday for lunch and dinner despite being a bit apprehensive after reading the reviews! On both occasions we found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. We were served quickly both times with a very short wait for our food. Lunch was sandwiches with a hot drink, and dinner was spaghetti with tomato and basil and a glass of wine. Thankfully lunch was cheap, dinner 11 euros each and 4 euros for wine. We are finding eating out to be expensive in Olbia unfortunately, and with hindsight would have gone self catering as the supermarkets are very cheap. Another thing we notice many of the restaurants have large extensive menus outside which draw you in, but once inside you find that what you came in for is unavailable and a much reduced menu is on offer. Disappointing and rather misleading. However, don't let negative reviews of this place put you off. It's definitely...

advice: if the waiter does not speak English, send another one or hire a suitable one. otherwise, it is better to work in the kitchen but not...
