The waiter who served us was maybe on another planet? Not sure honestly… we got a table quickly, to eat. We then proceeded to wait 20 minutes for someone to bother getting our drinks. We then got our drinks and someone asked if we wanted to eat we said yes… he then disappeared for like 25 minutes. He came back got our order. And came back again because he forgot… so I tell him again. Anyways we waited like 45-1hr for the food. We enjoyed our conversation so we decided to have a drink again (just regular Coke Zero and a lemon soda) even after asking and repeating 4 times Coke Zero… I got a regular coke (I am a type one diabetic fyi). At this point we were so done with the service that I went to Pay at the register not wanting to wait for the waiter to come back eventually… and once we left he started to try and like dispute us for not waiting for him to pay. Some of the worst service our collective have experienced on our travels. We were seated promptly but made to wait for approximately 20 minutes for our order to be taken. When a waiter finally came to serve us, he was clearly not paying attention.

Our food arrived after a further 20 minutes, with one of said meals not what was ordered. They took that away to make the correct meal. It eventually arrived, but we were totally fed up by this point.

Food wasn’t too bad. I’d strongly advise looking elsewhere though, as there must be better food in Olbia.

In summary: simple pasta served on oddly large plates, abysmal service and inattentive staff.

The service was so bad! The waiters are busier flirting than serving. After 20 minutes of wait, they ask you to order in the bar if you want to have a proper rum. Even if you ordered ot the night before. I mean, its a cuban place and they cannot remember which rums they have?! I wouldn't recommend coming here is the ultimate tourist trap. On the positive side, after running away from this hideous place, I found a fantastic cocktail bar a couple of meters up in the corner of piazza regina Margherita, called “mint julep”.
