Kombo Street — Restaurant in Olbia

After leaving a disappointing restaurant experience, we searched for a place that was still open late and found this gem. Before heading over, we called to make sure they had a table for us and could prepare mussels — it was already 10:30 PM. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, assuring us it wouldn’t be a problem.

When we arrived, they greeted us warmly and quickly seated us. The mussels were absolutely delicious — we enjoyed them so much that we ended up ordering two portions, and then a third to share!

Really can't understand the rating on this place as we paid nearly 90 euros for two half plates of food. And a few drinks. 2 glasses of wine and a small beer. The lamb shank was 6 or 7 little pieces of lamb in a bone. The vegetables were extra.when it came to paying The bill I inquired about the chips charge they said you asked for vegetables that is extra. I was happy to pay for them but it was a slightly icey moment as if I was accusing them of something. But if I hadn't asked for the vegetables my meal would be an empty bone with 6 little chunks of fatty lamb. Maybe I missed the memo but I went for another meal afterwards as I was still hungry.very...

TERRIBLE SERVICE. AVOID. We went for a special last dinner on our trip and from the first moment were met with absolute rudeness from the hostess. We watched the staff treat many others the same, and even turned away a couple who had reserved because there was no table. I asked a simple question about a side salad and she interrupted and said “absolutely not.” Then she brought the first and second courses of my partner and never brought my food. He finished everything and still we waited another 30 minutes for a plate of pasta. The food is good, but very overpriced for what you get, and the service is just unforgivable....
