Our server, Isabella, was exceptional! She made our evening truly special, with her warm smile and attentive service. She took the time to explain each dish, made excellent recommendations, and ensured our glasses were always full. Read moreSo, where to begin. It was amazing. I was wanting to do this kind of activity since forever and Isabella made my wish come true. We were alone at the time I booked my class, but I didn't mind - I prefer it that way. She could really focus on what I was doing, and how I was doing it and help me in between. We did two types of traditional Sardinian pasta: Culurgiones and Gnochetti (pasta-making took 2,5 hours. Other was eating :) We made the dough together and the filling, sculpted the pasta and then me and my boyfriend could enjoy a glass of wine on the terrace of the restaurant while they were cooking the pasta (that WE made, crazy), with the sauces. It is a special feeling sitting in a restaurant where just a couple of hours before, you were making pasta, and in the evening you and your partner get to enjoy your work, with the sauces the chefs prepared to go perfectly together. Thank you Isabella. This class and our deep talk was the best we've had in Sardinia....
Read moreIt really couldn't have been any worse. We had high expectations for this place and it was a giant disappointment. We were 6 adults, ordered 2 tapas per person and a main course each. The tapas took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive, and the tapas for two of the people arrived about 15 minutes later. Inexplicable to bring everyone's plates at the wrong time. The dishes arrived after 2 and a half hours, after several requests for apologies from the service, but they still did not arrive. We waited for them because it promised to be good. When the dishes arrived (almost 12 o'clock at night) the octopus was UNCOMMABLE. It was a hard rubber with no flavor and all the paprika burnt. It was 2 small tentacles with 1 endive.
