Personale cordiale e molto gentile. Location davvero molto accogliente e ben curata. Mi hanno fatto accomodare e cenare nonostante non avessi prenotato, cosa da non poco visto il punto in pieno centro storico (è anche vero che non era nel fine settimana). Varietà di pizze disponibili a mio parere un po’ poche, ma fortunatamente il classico calzone non manca mai. Servizio fulmineo, non saranno passati 10 minuti dalla comanda. Impasto un po’ friabile, particolarmente secco e forse un pelo avanti di sale. La cottura degli ingredienti interni forse doveva andare ancora un pelo. Tutto sommato niente male, ho sicuramente visto di peggio, ma visto il prezzo (11 €) le aspettative erano alte. Sulla cucina non posso esprimermi non avendo preso nulla. Prezzi che, ahimè, sono un pelo altini. Alla fine dei conti un’esperienza nella media, se non altro stai cenando in un bel locale in pieno centro storico…e scusate se è poco.

High level service, very nice location. One of the few restaurants open before 7.30. Food was good overall. To my fellow foreign travelers I’d say please consider the local truffle-based options - Italian food is highly regional so don’t just settle for the generic dishes. Tiramisu was outrageously good!

We stopped for a late lunch when driving from Rome to Montepulciano. It was just what we needed! The pizza was delicious, the salad was fresh, and the soup was warm & comforting. Service was also very kind. It was a great option after a long day of traveling.

For an all around menu that takes in the most popular Italian dishes, and extends to excellent local Umbrian specialities, Il Dialogo is a great place to go. There are inside tables, and a large terrace with awnings. We were a large groups and ordered everything from Margherita pizza to wild boar caccatore. All of the food was good and the staff fantastic. The toilets were clean and the prices very reasonable for the quality...

I had over night stay in Orvieto. Stopped at Il Dialogo for lunch and sat on their wonderful outside terrace. Service was excellent, staff was attentive and kind. My lunch of bruschetta and pappadelle pasta with wild boar both were excellent. I enjoyed lunch so much went back for evening dinner. Again sat on terrace with same attentive wait staff. This place is pretty low grade and I would not recommend it. The food took a very long time to arrive and it was very expensive for what it was.
