Good pizza. Have people that can speak some English and their pizzas, without the cheese & meat, are plant based and vegan. Apparently, per an Italian friend, they let the dough of the pizza sit for a number of hours. I was told 30 hours. This makes it easier to digest. Well after 4 pizzas the two of us felt no blooting and they were delicious. Unfortunately when olives are added they aren't pitted and they only had green olives. They had no basil unfortunately when we visited. They open at 7pm but as Italians eat later they aren't really ready until about 7:30pm. We were the first customers to arrive and we were 7:10pm on a Saturday in June. You can add extras to your pizza also. I started with a marinara and added mushrooms. Scortesi e poco professionali servizio non all'altezza. Prenotato un giorno prima avvisati alle 18.00 che avremmo tardato un quarto d'ora subito ci hanno detto sgarbatamente che l orario rimaneva quello e che avremmo avuto comunque un ora per mangiare ( difficile considerati i tempi del servizio di otranto ) . Arrivati subito il proprietario ci fa notare che eravamo 18 minuti in ritardo vero come gia.annunciato nel pomeriggio: Comunque se non chiedevo io menu poichè dopo 15 minuti ancora non li portavano; stessa cosa per ordinare sollecitato più volte ai camerieri( visto che eravamo noi in difetto) altri 15 minuti. Poi preso vari antipasti spaghetti coi ricci , pizza e altro ancora. Arrivato tutto quasi alla scadenza dell ora concessa finito i piatti ci accingevamo a prendere dolce e caffe ma arriva proprietario e ci intima di lasciare libero il tavolo ......perché eravamo arrivati in ritardo. Non so se ci si comporta così con i clienti maleducazione e scarsa...

Pizza mal anders ,mit viel Phantasie zubereitet . Die Idee ist sehr schön, die Umsetzung leider nicht perfekt ,deshalb nur 4 Sterne . Ich hatte eine leckere Pizza ,mit Zucchinisoße (anstatt Tomatensauce) Bündnerfleisch , Mozzarellakugel in der Mitte,Orangenschalenstreifen , Minze und einem extravaganten Teig , hier stehen mehrere zurAuswahl.Allerdings waren die Messer unterirdisch ,ich war kaum in der Lage die Pizza zu schneiden . Nach der Hälfte des Genusses war die Pizza kalt und ich hab die Hände zur Hilfe genommen. Zwei Pizzen und zwei Weizenbiere haben stolze 55 € gekostet .....das fand ich schon bitter .Man hat aber auch die Möglichkeit normale Pizzen zu Essen (ab 7 €) und italienisches Bier zu trinken (das Weizen hatte 6 € gekostet ). In Summe sehr nett und gut , aber ein Tik überteuert .Aber wie gesagt ,es gibt normale Pizzen (und gute) zu normalen Preisen und etwas angehobene...
