I finally understood the "why" for that after having the pistachio and speck pizza coupled with a delicious bottle of Duvel at Crash a couple of nights ago. It's worth the wait to have this kind of impressive experience. Definitely recommend! Good value for money! We were already in Cefalù but drove another hour back to Palermo to come to Crash Pub. The wine and food was delicious.
