Nice place, very central, incredibly quiet and really stylish. They have a great wine menu as well as fancy cocktails. They give you something to munch on for free with your drink, but you can have dinner as well choosing from a not huge but very carefully selected option - think burrata, maialino, fancy hams and much more. Good portions are well balanced. I gave 4 stars as the payment process was a real pain - we had to wait 25 min to get the bill, eventually it came and it was wrong so we had to send it back and we had to wait another 25 min. At the end we really needed to leave and we went to pay at the till, a bit annoying as it was not busy at all when we left so we didn’t understand what took them so long. But it remains a good place to go and get a nice glass of wine or a funky cocktail...

This is a new restaurant from the people revolutionising the restaurant scene in Palermo.

It is located a stones throw away from Giardino Inglese serving up some very interesting modern Italian dishes from a perfectly sized menu of the highest quality of ingredients. The price point for the portions and experience are exceptional.

The preparation and professionalism by the chefs and staff will not leave you disappointed. They also have a good selection of natural wines that stock the shelves.

The style is open and very modern with a fantastic outdoor area for enjoying the sun.

I had a fantastic time eating and drinking here last night. The food is food or provenance, prepared brilliantly and with love. The wine list is fantastic offering a pretty comprehensive collection of Sicilian natural wine producers. The service was helpful well steered and timed. True professionals....
