Impasti a livello delle migliori rosticcerie, arancine e ravazzate piene di condimento, cornetti vari, sfogliatelle, treccine, ciambelle e pezzi finalmente di dimensioni "normali". Qui si riporta il celiaco su un'orbita pari al resto dei golosi. Complimenti ai ragazzi per la palese dedizione, qui c'è competenza non sufficienza.

We visited the bakery while we were visiting from the US it was amazing! I have never had anything that tasted so good ! The owner an staff were friendly to us! I would highly recommend a visit if you are looking for gluten free bakery options! We will visit again when we are here...

Ho acquistato varie tipologie di prodotti tutti eccellenti. Brioches buonissime, arancine pure, il pane viene proposto in varie tipologie. Ho provato la baguette semplice e il pane condito con le olive tutto strabuono. Per la pizza tengo a precisare che, il pezzo citato da qualche recensione a 5€ l'uno, probabilmente non tiene conto che trattasi di una porzione di Margherita condita benissimo con mozzarella e pomodoro. Oltre ad essere ottima ( non sembra nemmeno un impasto senza glutine) ha dimensioni di un vassoio da 22x12cm, quindi è una porzione di pizza, non di 1 pizzetta. Non comprendo il commento negativo. Ho provato anche dei panini farciti con wuster pagati € 1,00. Ho ordinato tutto il giorno prima e ho trovato tutto pronto il giorno dopo pronto confezionato benissimo per affrontare il viaggio in aereo. Servizio perfetto e commesse...
