Treska — Restaurant in Palermo

What can I say... I used to love this place for its delicious food and friendly staff. However, the only problem is that when it's busy, they can easily forget about you. Today, I came in and ordered water and a gin and tonic, and started looking at the menu. They brought me the water but then simply forgot about me. I waited for half an hour (30 minutes!) Finally, they brought me my gin and tonic and I asked for pasta. The waiter (who had forgotten about my gin and tonic) said, "I won't take your order, another waiter will come and take it". Seriously? I sat for 30 minutes with just water and my waiter went to serve people who arrived after me?

I left, it's too bad. I was really disappointed by this situation, especially since I used to...

Great place for an aperitivo, a dinner, a drink, anything you like :) it’s very friendly, they have a great wine selection, beautiful interiors and cozy atmosphere. We really enjoyed our time there and we will definitely be back...

Treska è un bel locale molto curato e ricercato nell'arredo con un bellissimo privè, ma allo stesso tempo informale da preferire nei giorni poco affollati perché essendo il locale piccolo i tavoli sono vicini l'uno all altro. Abbiamo ordinato una manzetta prussiana con contorno di patate al forno: buona la cottura della carne leggermente al sangue come richiesta, un po' meno le patate che erano insipide. Ed un misto caldo, abbastanza abbondante, di pannelline (particolari nel sapore perché con semi di anice) e crocchette. Anche in questo caso tutto insipido. Il tutto accompagnato da due calici di vino rosso. Personale ai tavoli cortese e celere. Conto x 2 €55. Da riprovare ma tutto sommato...
