O' Belvedere — Restaurant in Parma

A great amazing experience to eat in this restaurant, not just because is the authentic italian food but the caring and attention by his owner and staff.

You will definitely will try proper parmesan cheese and prosciutto... we have a delicious entry and great tasty wine... I have been travelling around Italy during the last month and try different restaurant but I must say that I was amaze by the great Italian flavour and his charismatic staff.

Our family of four stumbled on the restaurant passing through Parma at lunchtime. What a treat. We ordered risotto with nettles, cheese ravioli, steak, and tagliatelle with culatello. As Americans unfamiliar with culatello, the chef explained its velvety, flavorful magic. We asked our waitress to recommend a white wine, which was perfect with the meal. NON ANDATE IL LUNEDÌ.

Siamo stati in questo ristorante diverse volte e ci siamo sempre trovati bene, dicendolo e recensendo in modo positivo. Lunedì purtroppo, non sembrava nemmeno il fratello del Belvedere. Mancava il caposala Sean e la signora buona ha letteralmente fatto un disastro, con noi e con gli altri tavolo in sala (che erano solo 2, quindi non sono stati errori e mancanze dovute alla calca ed al fatto che la signora fosse sola). Compriamo sia il salame antica ardenga che il prosciutto Ponte Romano da ANNI (essendo noi parmigiani e piacendoci molto). I salumi che sono stati serviti, non erano quelli o , per il modo in cui sono stati tagliati (male), il gusto e’ stato completamente rovinato. IL SALAME E’ STATO TAGLIATO TONDO A MACCHINA AFFETTATRICE.

Per il resto, vino arrivato dopo vari solleciti a fine pasto, servizio in palla, cotechino sembrava dell’eurospin ecc ecc.

Mi dispiace, ma non consiglio assolutamente questo ristorante.

Credo che non potrebbe piacere nemmeno ad un tedesco in vacanza.
