University of Parma — Attraction in Parma

⚖️ Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with the University of Parma. I submitted my application for enrollment for the 2025/2026 academic year with all the required documentation (CIMEA, TOLC-E, residence permit receipt, etc.), but I encountered contradictions and a lack of transparency from some administrative offices.

In particular, different departments provided inconsistent information and issued conflicting rejection reasons, creating confusion and unjustified delays in my enrollment process.

I have also reported a possible case of indirect discrimination to UNAR (National Office Against Racial Discrimination), which is currently under review.

I strongly believe that every student — whether Italian or international — deserves to be treated with respect, transparency, and equality, as guaranteed by Italian law and European Union directives.

It is one of the biggest and oldest university of Italy. Parma è una città bellissima peccato per l'università che non soddisfa gli standard di qualità che ci si aspetterebbe da una delle sedi più antiche d'Italia. Disorganizzazione, professori imparziali e maleducati che ci provano con le studentesse, orari improponibili, esami totalmente inutili e mal pianificati, e chi più ne ha più ne metta. Ma la cosa più sconcertante è l'assoluta mancanza di interesse nel formare veri professionisti che siano in grado di spendere le competenze acquisite nel mercato del lavoro. Mi riferisco in particolare al corso di laurea in psicologia (ora in collaborazione con Modena e Reggio) e alle relative magistrali che sfornano ogni anno centinaia di disoccupati. Sinceramente avrei apprezzato molta più chiarezza e trasparenza da parte dei responsabili dei corsi. È giusto che uno studente di 19 anni venga informato sulle reali possibilità lavorative già in fase di iscrizione e non quando è troppo tardi per...
