The experiences to visit this shop make me upset, even angry because I feel not being respected and i think it’s because I have Asian looking.

It was the last Sunday before Christmas and a lot of people in the shop. When I entered in the shop, the clerks look at me all the time.

And when I went to first floor for seeing more products. A clerk said Italian to me which I didn’t understand. Just like asking why I’m going upstairs. After I got first floor, a clerk came up right after me and looked me all the time while she was packing products.

However, after I left the shop, I saw a lady went up the first floor like me, but not any clerk talked to her or followed her up to the first floor. And I observed at the window for two mins.

I think it is right for them to take care of their products and prevent thieves. BUT I AM NOT THIEF.

I will not visit this shop again and buy anything from them! NEVER!

People may say I’m too sensitive, but that’s what I feel.

By the way, the prices in the shop are higher than...

Brutta esperienza con una commessa del negozio quando ho chiesto informazioni per un regalo di Natale, mi trattava come se fossi una nullità ... le ho chiesto informazioni riguardo varie tipologie di té, mi ha risposto frettolosamente ed era quasi scocciata...Ho preso il prodotto solo perché mi serviva ed era un buon prodotto altrimenti me ne sarei andata. Peccato perché in precedenza ero stata in questo negozio e la proprietaria era stata molto carina e disponibile... i prodotti di questo negozio sono sempre ottimi e ricercati, trattare i clienti in malomodo però non è...

Pessima esperienza. Tisaniera in ghisa acquistata 3 settimane fa, il rivestimento anti ruggine già si stacca finendo anche nel tè. Contattando il negozio la commessa mi dice che non 'succede niente', al che faccio notare che i pezzi del rivestimento vanno a finire nel te e che per questo non la utilizzerò più. La mia richiesta di riportare la tisaniera in negozio per essere visionata viene negata, perchè dopo 3 settimane di utilizzo non è sostituibile, nonostante ammetta che queste tisaniere...
