Pasticceria Dolceamaro — Restaurant in Parma

Best cakes we ever had! We had one in January, with some raspberry and two last week (La duchessa and a new one, with chocolate, lemon and caramel). All three absolutely amazing! Very good service, competent and helpful staff (they even offered to speak English as we obviously struggled with Italian, but we insisted we need to learn and they gracefully obliged even though I can't imagine being easy for them). So, excellent product, excellent service. All our cakes and small sweets will come from here...

This is the best place I have ever visited for an Italian breakfast. Everything is prepared on site and is extreamly fresh. The process of selecting your food, ordering your drink and paying for it is seemless. They have a wide range of pastries and other treats. The staff was very helpfull because I did not speak Italian. The server was friendly and polite. Great...

personale pessimo Ho acquistato una torta sbrisolona sarà stata di un diametro di 20 cm costo 21euro.Va bene capisco i costi di gestione il tempo per farla...ma ...credo che ormai se uno acquista in gioielleria spende meno... La commessa disgustosa e poco attenta prende la torta e la mette in una borsina di carta ,la torta stava storta e nemmeno bene,le chiedo se cortesemente visto che la dovevo regalare se poteva trovare un'altra soluzione ,prima mi chiede scusa x non aver tolto il prezzo e poi mi rimettere la torta nella stessa borsa di prima troppo piccola ,le chiedo non ha altro?e lei si presenta con una borsa di plastica....Comunque due soluzioni impresentabili se uno deve fare un presente. Alla fine le chiedo scusi non la può chiudere in un foglio di carta della pasticceria mi basta che non di veda il contenuto ,indispettita ha incartato la torta e poi si rivolge dicendo così le va bene?!!
