This place is across the road from my hotel. The outside does not say much but when you go inside it is a diffirent story. They have decorations that is true to the area. The food is really good and the beer is always cold. They sell the best mini-bite size bun things. There is one with ham and caremalized onion that is out of this world. I've been here quite a few times and it was ok. The staff is not necessarily the most pleasant I've ever dealt with, but... in the end it's fine (I was not looking for new friends, after all!). The good thing is that they speak English (not always the case in Parma!). The menu ranges from pizza made at the moment to sandwiches passing by salads and other type of quick dishes. Sono stata ieri in questo locale per un aperitivo. Ambiente carino e accogliente, personale per la maggior parte cordiale. Si è presentato però un problema: il tagliere di assaggi che hanno servito insieme agli aperitivi conteneva un panino con della muffa. Ho segnalato bonariamente la cosa ad un membro dello staff, che prima ha cercato di convincermi che si trattasse della scamorza affumicata (non mi sembra proprio che la scamorza abbia delle parti grigie e "pelose", ammetto che questo tentativo di convincermi che mi stessi inventando la presenza della muffa mi ha molto infastidita), e poi con poca convinzione ha preso il panino incriminato e lo ha appoggiato dietro al bancone, senza aggiungere altro. Per come la vedo io, delle scuse e la sostituzione del panino sarebbero stati il minimo sindacale per gestire bene il cliente, invece non è accaduto nulla di tutto questo, nessun gesto riparatore da parte dei gestori del locale. Attenzione, non avevo alcuna pretesa di sconti o altro, e sono consapevole che sono cose che possono capitare (anche se non dovrebbero), sarebbe bastato davvero poco però per lasciarmi un buon ricordo di questo locale invece che uno spiacevole. Consiglio allo staff di rivedere le modalità con cui affrontano questo genere di situazioni, in cui quello che conta è la gestione. In questo caso, l'hanno gestita...
