We ate dinner here last week, and it was the WORST meal we had on our 2-week trip to Italy. The food LOOKS good but everything tasted terrible. I've been to other Michelin-starred/recommended restaurants before, and it seems like this chef let his fame get to his head and started experimenting in all the wrong ways. None of the flavors worked together and the service was weird. I walked out so confused because our dinner was so different from all the rave reviews on Google. Of the 5-course tasting menu, the only dish that was genuinely good was the freebie starter (cured pork shoulder with cheese). That dish was actually delicious w/flavors that worked together. The foie gras was ok but the chip was stale and one of the components tasted like a pureed Oscar Meyer hotdog. The egg dish was awful. It was supposedly topped with a cloud of cream of white truffle, but all we could taste was sugar. It tasted exactly like a bland hard-boiled egg with (American) Reddi Whip on top. Nothing else has flavor, you couldn't smell or taste the truffles, only the overwhelming artificial sweetness. The mushroom risotto was ok, but the smell of the musty washcloth used to dry the plate overwhelmed any smell from the porcini mushroom. The fish entree was probably the second worst course. The beet and tomato purees were UNSEASONED but the fish itself was encrusted with sugar. I could feel the crunch of the sugar. Have you ever had sweet fish? It's not good. The strawberry cheesecake dessert was probably the most normal course. It wasn't amazing, but at least it tasted like it was supposed to. Not only was the food terrible, but the service was weird too. We were originally told the 65€ price tag for the tasting menu included water and a bottle of wine, but then 2 minutes later, our server apologized saying they WEREN'T included and we had to pay separately. Also, they were apparently only accepting cash, but when paying, they couldn't give us exact change so we ended up paying an unintended tip even though the food was so bad. There was no sommelier; we never saw a wine menu, and although our main server was nice, he didn't really know what he was doing when we asked for wine recommendations. There was another server who just didn't seem like she knew what she was doing. She was the one to bring us a few of the courses, but unlike other fancy restaurants where they will explain the dish to you, she just dropped off the plates and left. When I asked her what the dessert was, she said she didn't know and we'd have to ask the other server when he came around. Overall, just the weirdest and worst meal of our trip. I almost feel like we went into an alternate reality where the kitchen was run by children because that's the only reason I can think of for why our experience was so different from all the 5-star ratings. Either way, don't bother with this place. Our 5-course meal took 3.5 hrs and during that time, we were just 1 if 3 tables and the other guests also said their food was bad. If this place was ever good, it clearly no longer is. I wish we hadn't wasted our time and money on this place.

We came to this restaurant this week. When we came in the owner was screaming on the telephone and then on his staff. After few minutes he finally addressed to us. The restaurant promotes itself as a restaurant with Michelin star Chef. We have ordered the meat menu for three people. For the starter the Chef brought us the dry bread VASA from the supermarket with few foi gras and sauces also from the supermarket. The second plate - risotto - was full of water. The main dish - our meet was not fresh. And when we kindly said that the meat is not fresh - the Chef started scriming at us that we need to ask other people in the restaurant if it s good or not. We have replied that we don t reffer to other people but only to what is in our dish. Also we have remarked that if he promotes himself as a Michelin star Chef - there are some expectations. He've got very nervous and aggressive. We said that we want to terminate this experience . Besides the dishes which was not at all to the level of what is promoted - there was a loud radio playing ( talking - no music ) and the waiter was serving dishes very careless putting knife and folk in the middle and plate on the left almost falling. When we asked for the bill - the owner without any excuses put a full price. We kindly asked him : does he really think that we should pay a full price for this kind of experience: not fresh meat that smells bad, risotto with lots of water and VASA dry bread from supermarket for starter in the restaurant run by a Michelin chef . He became really angry and started to scream even more , that we don t want to pay and insult three of us with big words. He was trembling and not even listening to what we say. The Chef seems to have a serious mental problem. We paid full price and left. If you are used to real gastronomic experiences and usual Italian hospitality - avoid this place.

This was a shocking experience and deserves serious inspection from the Michelin guide. The Chef ( the owner) promoting himself as a Michelin starred chef has a dangerous behaviour towards clients. We came to this restaurant based on the reviews, as we always dine in fine restaurants. We live in Monaco and often in italy for vacation. This restaurant is a big scam. The reviews and photos of gastronomic dishes are not representing at all the real experience. Terrible smell inside the restaurant, loud radio talk and most terrible is the food. Dishes warmed in the microwave, not fresh meat with cold unmatched pate aside, dry bread Vasa, risotto with water in it without flavour. People who maybe not used so much to the gastronomic restaurants- might take it as acceptable. But for us it was just unacceptable. Especially in Italy where even in a simple restaurant we enjoy food and ambience. When we tried to tell the Chef that we are concerned, he screamed at us and made a drama. He insulted myself and my daughter. If you are used to a good quality service and gastronomic food, avoid this place. The owner has inadequate attitude. This restaurant is a real scam.
