Chef Luca is a master! We enjoyed a week of afternoon cooking classes in January 2025. Each day, Luca had meat and vegetables of the highest quality. He masterfully guided the three of us in preparing 5-6 traditional dishes each day. On the final day, Chef and his staff served us dinner.
