Caffè Excelsior — Restaurant in Pescara

They CHEAT FOREIGNETS. AVOID. AWFUL coffee and hot chocolate (I ordered both) I mean, we are in Italy and it's incredible how this self called bar sells "coffee" (if you can call it so) so expensive. I've been in different places (expensive places) in Italy, not even in Milan I've found this madness. I think the owner should think about this, where does he think he is at? Besides, the customer service was far from kind. And don't even get me started with hygene. Anyway, I would NOT recommend this place to anyone unless I hated them. Cappuccino €2,50 and some milk with chocolate powder from LIDL (I saw the box) €4,00....

Incredibly RUDE staff. We are Italian/Canadian, and when we spoke english they treated us very poorly.

Because we were speaking English, our Waiter, Bartender and Cashier all started talking about us.

Unfortunately, we understood every awful word they said.

We will never look in the direction of this disgusting establishment again.

They are racist to all if you are not...

Avoid this place if you are a foreigner! They will rip you off :-/ If for some reason you don’t have any choice - ask the prices in advance ! Otherwise, they will charge you double / triple and won’t be even able to prove invented prices with menu or whatsoever… just better do not go there ! PS: one star is too much for...
