LA BORSA — Restaurant in Pisa

We went to this cafe expecting good food and a place to chill out and kill time. However, when we bought a cake and went to the non smoking area the waitress told us we weren’t allowed to stay there. I was with my two children and I don’t smoke. They made us stand and wait for minutes. We asked the another waitress were we could sit, but she walked pass us and have us a side eye. BAD SERVICE , waiters are rude , managers curse at you in italian when you ask about why they bring something that you never ask for they swear in italian . i don’t usually do reviews yet when it comes to my 3yo asking for fish pasta that is in the menu and they bringing some plain pasta with red sauce … i mean where is the fish that i paid for ? So People , please go straight to the counter get your sandwich and go , or better get some proper service...

Third time I come here as a customer and yes, I charge my phone because it is a "courtesy", altho the first time I heard this said to a client. Tall fat man white and bald said should be the last time and wasn't courteous at all. I'm amazed how this kind of people work in customer service. Terrible. Also, second time I was here, the girl with curly hair gave me weird looks....is this how tourists and customers are treated in Pisa? I cannot recommend to...
