Pizzeria Terra Marique — Restaurant in Polignano a Mare

The owner of our appartment recommended a couple of places, and this was one of them. One of the best pizza’s we’ve ever had. Very crispy and with fresh ingredients. The staff was super nice and we were the only non-Italian guests. It is a not at the heart of the historic center, so the setting is not as beautifull as some other pizzeria’s in the tourist area. It was raining and we got there just before 21h. We asked if they had any available tables and they said we could seat outside! They were not joking, which is crazy. They said the first available table would be at 22:30 and when we asked for take away, they asked how many pizzas we wanted. We only were looking for 2 or 3 pizzas. They said it was going to take 40 minutes. They clearly did not want us as clients....
