Even though we were the only customers in the restaurant service was very slow. We were trying to connect to their online menu for about 10 minutes, which this time could have been easily reduced with printed menus. For a restaurant that openly admitted that their signal inside the building isn't great and free WiFi isn't very fast, you would think reverting back to printed menus would be a simple and efficient solution. The quality of the food was fine, but the time we had to wait for it to come out was not worth it. Also, given that Pompeii is a high tourist location, it would make more logical sense to assign English speaking staff to foreign tourists, as we found this was a struggle when trying to communicate our order to someone who spoke minimal English (there were English speaking staff members but not assigned to our table). However, the decorations of the place was well designed, a comforting beachy feel. If they paid the same attention to their food and service as they did to their decorations then this could be a great restaurant. Overall, if you are in a rush and are looking for good quality food, this is not the place for you, by the end we were ready to get out and went elsewhere for dessert (especially since they didn't have much choice anyway). Read moreWe had an absolutely fantastic experience at this restaurant from start to finish. The service was truly exceptional — warm, friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Every member of the staff made us feel welcome and at home, which really added to the overall atmosphere. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their guests and go the extra mile to make sure everyone is having a great time.
The food was nothing short of delicious. Every dish we ordered was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. You can tell the kitchen takes pride in their craft, and it really shows in the taste and attention to detail.
What stood out the most, though, was the kindness and genuine hospitality of the people here. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of amazing service and outstanding food in such a welcoming environment.
We truly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back. Highly...
Read moreWe dined at Capri Blue in Pompeii and had a great experience. We started with the Tris Blue, a chef’s selection of appetizers — light, creative, and full of flavor. For mains, the lasagna was simple yet delicious, and the Sorrento-style gnocchi was light and flavorful. The Croco pizza was generously sized with a thin, crispy crust — a real treat. The Nerano pasta, made according to tradition, featured very fresh pasta with a delicate, subtle taste.
For dessert, the cheesecake was a bit on the sweet side, especially paired with the chocolate fondant, but still enjoyable.
The full menu, accessible via QR code, is much more extensive than the one displayed outside. The restaurant is located on a charming street that comes alive at night, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
