Mediterraneo Ristorante — Restaurant in Pompei

Came to this restaurant to take a much needed break from pizza and pasta - was not disappointed with the quality of meat that I had.

Every meal that I ordered was delicious and well presented (from the photo, the steak is blue, but they provide a hot plate so you may cook it to your liking - don't worry!) and the staff were attentive and hospitable despite the lack of English speaking staff on the night.

They exceeded my expectations in all ways. The chefs give a playful character to their dishes and it certainly makes you have fun with your dinner. We were the basically the only customer before midnight and they still delivered their devotion to an impeccable service. Other restaurants would put a gun in your cheek, to chew your food faster so they can close. But here, the party was still rolling.

Fabulous combination of offerings here, not far from the main centre of Pompeii town. Inez and her young team greeted us like old friends and proceeded to advise and guide us through specials and the menus with great patience.
