Great experience at Misaki! The server was very kind and spoke great English, assisted us with our allergy, and made sure we had a pleasant time. The food was very good! For the sushi, the portion sizes were plentiful, but I believe the grilled salmon could have had a little more. Still, wonderful food and done masterly. Very disappointing meal, vegetable fried gyozas were very hard and tasted like pretty much nothing , miso soup was ok , but I reckon the ready made miso soup at home tastes equally good

Service was so so, the beer we ordered came in a can and when we opened the can the beer spayed out , like the can was shaken before it got to the table , nobody apologized or took away the beer soaked napkins

It is an ordinary place with not so great taste. If you have ever eaten in Vancouver sushi restaurants you will know what I mean. Price was on the expensive side. We ordered unagi rice, only 4 tiny piece came with a bowl of rice for 14€. The sushi we ordered was so so. I guess my expectation from an Italian based sushi was too high.

I would rather eat local fried fish for a friction of the cost.
