Tutto Pepe Pizzeria & Risto POMPEI — Restaurant in Pompei

So I came here when they first opened within a week the food was great service the first time than decided to come again to eat pizza and take some croquettes to go for a friend of mine who was at her cafe and hungry .I told the girl at the counter I wanted it to go but decided to eat the pizza there. So when we left I asked them for the croquettes I brought them to my friend they were cold returned to tell them they were cold . So normal people who work in a restaurant which I have worked in an italian restaurant before would just heat up the food and give the food back to the customer hot . No this person went into how I asked to go and it was not her fault it was cold did not heat up the food I was very annoyed to say the least and walked out because I was not going to argue with someone who is just has bad business ethics and rude to the customers. When I told her that I wanted them to go, they should’ve made them when we were done with our pizza to go So mind you at the table, I had ordered a Fanta the waiter never brought my drink to me and afterwards my friend was still eating. I was upset and left with the cold croquettes. My friend comes back with the waiter to my friends cafe telling me that I didn’t pay for the Fanta. Can you imagine the audacity that they would send their waiter for a soda that I never even got at the table stock in May like I’m a criminal after I paid for the meal that wasn’t even edible. Horrible management thing to learn how to run a business and treat their customers with respect the customers always write. No one likes anything called cold served. The worst was the attitudes and the fact that the waiter had the audacity to follow my friends saying that I didn’t pay for a Fanta soda. In all my years of going to restaurants and never experience anything so disgusting as this.I would never go here again. It was the most horrible insulting experience. Whoever is the owner needs to improve their management and get rid of them. They obviously don’t know how to deal with customers. They’re rude and unprofessional to say the least.The waiter said that I had the Fatah, which never came to my table that was not gonna pay for so I didn’t even drink. Please avoid this place at all cost not only today lose a customer that came here 2 to 3 times a week my girlfriend who has a bar around the corner, but also myself . Very bad customer service if they want to keep customers, they need to treat them respectfully and also serve them and treat them right. I don’t see this business going very far. Una esperienza culinaria fantastica! Il cibo era squisito e la presentazione era impeccabile. Siamo partiti con delle fritturine ,una parmigiana di melanzane a modo loro , come primo piatto abbiamo preso degli gnocchi fatti in casa davvero entusiasmanti, Il "Diavoletto" è stato un vero successo, che ha sorpreso piacevolmente il mio palato.

Abbiamo cenato ieri sera da Tutto Pepe per la prima volta e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. I taglieri con misto di salumi e formaggi erano eccellenti. I primi piatti semplicemente squisiti e la carne di ottima qualità, tutto accompagnato da un'ottimo vino. L'atmosfera era accogliente (locale molto moderno e luminoso) con personale gentile e disponibile ma soprattutto la professionalità del proprietario Peppe ci ha messo a nostro agio facendoci sentire a casa.
