If you told me that I could only eat "La Bomba de Jamon" for the rest of my life, I would be perfectly fine with that Fantastic tapas. The white sangria is a must. So good that I even ate some dishes that I was allergic to because it tasted so good. Really kind and friendly staff to a foreign student whose Italian wasn't so great....

La Cova è una garanzia a Prato: si mangiano tapas davvero come in Spagna, la qualità delle materie prime sembrerebbe eccezionale, così come la capacità dei cuochi di assemblarle.

Dal punto di vista dell'esperienza, del cibo e della location niente da dire, e anche i dipendenti sono ben gentili.

Una stella in meno dalla perfezione arriva per via del fatto che non si possa prenotare un tavolo, cosa che implica difficoltà nell'accedere con facilità al ristorante che, essendo così valido, è giustamente sempre pieno, e questo genera code di attesa.

Comprendo la scelta imprenditoriale di non prendere prenotazioni, ma un ristorante pieno è tale con o senza prenotazioni: la forza della Cova deriva dai suoi piatti, e non certo dall'esclusività dell'accesso al...
