In viaggio nella famosa San Candido cercavo un ristorante che potesse riempirmi dopo la lunga camminata svolta al monte Baranci. L'ubicazione del locale è strategica in quanto si trova proprio di fronte alle varie attività di risalita e discesa presenti nel monte. L'ambiente perciò è spettacolare dato il panorama della montagna e l'aria alpina che raffresca tutto il ristorante. Ho personalmente gradito i prodotti offerti poiché avevano una bella presentazione ed il gusto era gratificante. Credo però che la chicca di questo ristorante sia la varietà di dolci e coppe gelato che offrono, le quali si sono rivelate abbondanti e di prima qualità. Consiglio dopo una bella giornata in montagna di passare a gustarsi i prodotti di qualità di questo ristorante. Arrivederci.

Deutsch : Als ich im berühmten Innichen unterwegs war, war ich auf der Suche nach einem Restaurant, das mich nach dem langen Spaziergang auf den Monte Baranci satt machen könnte. Die Lage des Restaurants ist von strategischer Bedeutung, da es sich direkt vor den verschiedenen Auf- und Abstiegsaktivitäten am Berg befindet. Die Kulisse ist daher spektakulär angesichts des Bergpanoramas und der Alpenluft, die das gesamte Restaurant kühlt. Mir persönlich gefielen die angebotenen Produkte, da sie eine schöne Präsentation hatten und der Geschmack erfreulich war. Ich glaube jedoch, dass das Juwel dieses Restaurants die Vielfalt der angebotenen Desserts und Eisbecher ist, die sich als reichlich und von höchster Qualität erwiesen haben. Ich empfehle, nach einem schönen Tag in den Bergen die Qualitätsprodukte dieses Restaurants zu genießen. Bis wir uns wieder treffen.

English : Traveling in the famous San Candido, I was looking for a restaurant that could fill me up after the long walk up Monte Baranci. The location of the restaurant is strategic as it is located right in front of the various ascent and descent activities on the mountain. The setting is therefore spectacular given the mountain panorama and the Alpine air that cools the entire restaurant. I personally liked the products offered as they had a nice presentation and the taste was gratifying. However, I believe that the gem of this restaurant is the variety of desserts and ice cream sundaes they offer, which have proved to be abundant and of top quality. I recommend after a beautiful day in the mountains to go and enjoy the quality products of this restaurant. Until we meet again.

Français : En voyageant dans le célèbre San Candido, je cherchais un restaurant qui pourrait me rassasier après la longue marche jusqu'au Monte Baranci. L'emplacement du restaurant est stratégique car il est situé juste en face des différentes activités de montée et de descente sur la montagne. Le cadre est donc spectaculaire compte tenu du panorama montagneux et de l'air alpin qui rafraîchit tout le restaurant. J'ai personnellement aimé les produits proposés car ils avaient une belle présentation et le goût était gratifiant. Cependant, je crois que le joyau de ce restaurant est la variété de desserts et de coupes glacées qu'ils proposent, qui se sont avérés abondants et de qualité supérieure. Achtung: Vermeintlich vegetarische Gerichte (Bandnudeln mit Pfifferlingen) werden mit Fleischbrühe aufgegossen.

Während des Bestellvorgangs hatte ich mich bei der Kellnerin bereits danach erkundigt, ob es sich beim von mir ausgewählten Gericht (Bandnudeln mit Pfifferlingen) um ein vegetarisches Gericht handle, was sie mir zusagte. Als das Gericht kam, war mir umgehend klar, dass es sich bei der Sauce um eine Fleischsauce handeln muss - dies wurde mir dann auf Nachfrage in der Küche bestätigt. Ich kann so etwas heutzutage absolut nicht nachvollziehen und finde es im Angesicht dessen, dass es viele Vegetarier und Veganer gibt, auch nicht in Ordnung. Bandnudeln mit Pfifferlingen müssen auch ohne Fleisch schmackhaft zubereitet werden können. Ansonsten muss man es als Fleischgericht deklarieren. Ich bekam weder eine Entschuldigung noch das Angebot, das Gericht neu und vegetarisch zuzubereiten. Bis ich mein Ausweichgericht (Haussalat) erhielt, hatten die anderen am Tisch bereits...

Siamo stati mercoledi di passaggio, e ci siamo fermati a mangiare qualcosa al volo,a pranzi, tutto bene fino ad oggi!!! Mi è arrivato l'addebito di 51,70€ quando lo scontrino che ho pagato era di 21,90!!!! Il ragazzo alla cassa ha fatto un gioco strano con gli scontrini, diceva a tutti lei non lo vuole... lei non lo vuole...io invece ho detto di "si" e lui è andato in panico e me ne ha dato uno, che sinceramente non ho guardato in buona fede!!!! Ci eravamo trovati bene cosa vai a pensare che ti imbroglino!!!! E oggi l'amara sorpresa!!!! Cosi tutta la positività se n'è andata a quel paese!!!! Avrete sicuramente sempre molti clienti abituali, ma questo non vi da il diritto di imbrogliare quelli "mordi e fuggi come noi!!!" E nessuno risponde al telefono per un...
