Hotel - Albergo - Pensione Lindenhof — Hotel in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

Stayed for 4 nights in July. The family running the hotel are friendly and energetic and delightful. I loved them and they made our stay great! The outdoor area gave us a great space to relax in the evenings with a 3 year old who likes to explore. I chose this hotel specifically for that reason, and it was exactly what we needed. There are ride-on toys as well as playground equipment and bunny rabbits! We chose to do B&B only, as dinner started at 6:30, which is too late for us. Breakfast was fantastic!!! Our room had a large bed, plus a couch converted into a bed and extra large balcony. The renovations were really well done, everything felt luxurious and new. Except the towels which were stiff and scratchy, they need to be replaced. Honestly I felt the hotel is undercharging, the renovations are that nice!! But they request you pay in cash, if possible, which wasn't a problem, just a little strange in this...

The service here is incredible. I stayed here for 2 nights and I couldnt be more happy that I chose this place. The owners and people working here are always positive, kind and give very good service. For example I was in a rush to the train station when I checked out and one of the owners drove me to the station. The rooms are also clean and have very nice view. The breakfast is perfect and they make fresh eggs for you on demand and bring coffee and everything. Very nice and good waiters too. And on top of all of this its a very good and resonable price. When I stayed there 69 euro for breakfast and 83 euro for breakfast and dinner. The prices may vary on season and time. Compared to all the other hotels in the village its a very good price. Its also a very good location. A couple hundred meters from the center but in a very calm and quiet area...

Luci ed ombre sul soggiorno al Lindenhof. Partiamo dai lati positivi: Posizione comoda al centro e parcheggio disponibile. La famiglia Leiter gestisce tutto, dalla cucina con la mamma e Fabian, ad Hans il papà che si occupa della sala, check-in e check-out. Tutti simpatici e molto laboriosi, disponibili e gentili. Per la cena, oltre alla scelta su 2 primi e 2 secondi si possono scegliere altri piatti. La colazione di varietà standard. La struttura è tenuta giornalmente in ordine.|I lati negativi purtroppo incidono parecchio: i clienti abituali sono di serie A, gli altri di serie B. L' hotel dispone erroneamente di una sola categoria di camere, al massimo ci sono camere familiari, ma i clienti abituali sono sistemati in camere ristrutturate e grandi, i clienti nuovi come noi, in camere più vecchie, piccole e la nostra pure senza bidet. La correttezza impone la chiarezza, così il cliente può scegliere consapevolmente.|In 7 giorni di soggiorno non ci è stato cambiata un solo asciugamano, lenzuola e neppure il tappeto della doccia che sporco veniva giornalmente girato al contrario per nascondere le macchie.|Il fatto più increscioso, la sparizione da un cassetto di un indumento il giorno prima della partenza. |Sconcertati da questa sparizione e dispiaciuti per la famiglia abbiamo ribaltato la camera, ma il fatto si è confermato. Nel contempo abbiamo trovato dietro ai cassetti dei comodini oggetti non nostri: un bugiardino di medicinale, una busta di plastica e calzini blu lunghi da uomo.|Abbiamo fatto presente l' increscioso evento al momento del pagamento ad Hans che ha tentato di difendere la donna di servizio dicendo che non capisce l' italiano, forse l' indumento (che era in un cassetto) poteva essere finito in lavanderia (nessun cambio biancheria in 7 giorni). Ci siamo anche rivolti alla signora in questione che l' italiano lo capiva e ci ha riso in faccia.|Credo sia doveroso segnalare questi eventi, alcuni clienti per vergogna o per disattenzione si accorgono troppo tardi ed evitano di farlo ma sorvolare sulla questione mina la reputazione delle strutture e la fiducia dei clienti.|Altre pecche, non si accettano pagamenti elettronici, nel conteggio finale non erano stati conteggiati 50 euro in più del nostro bonifico anticipato, non esiste servizio reception, per accedere all' ingresso dell' hotel durante tutto il giorno bisogna usare la tessera...
