Unwelcoming Staff and Disappointing Service Policy

I stopped by this venue while my partner briefly used the restroom, and I asked if I could order a coffee. To my surprise, the staff member—who was quite abrupt—refused, stating that only alcoholic drinks were being served at that time. There was no signage or explanation indicating such a restriction, which felt unnecessarily limiting and unaccommodating.

When my partner returned, we decided to leave, as we believe customers should have the freedom to choose between alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, not be pressured into ordering what suits the staff or establishment. As we were leaving, the same staff member made us feel uncomfortable with her attitude and dismissive behavior.
