We stopped here for dinner after coming back from Ragusa Ibla. At first, we chose this restaurant because it was next to the Cathedral but little did we know what a gem this place is.

First of all, the servers are friendly, attentive and spoke great English. They came to check on us very often. The paper menu was both in Italian and English but also available in other languages when you scan the QR code.

The mussel soup was fresh but savory and the mussels were cooked just right to maintain the soft texture and juiciness. I would say this was one of the best dishes I've tried throughout my trip.

I was recommended to try Tagliolini ai profumi del mediterraneo. The pasta soaked up all the scents and flavors of the luscious sauce, so every bite was an explosion of aroma.

My friend ordered Spaghetti with clams and she was very pleased. She said the saltiness in the spaghetti and clams was light but reminded her of the sea. The clams were free of sand.
