We visited for two nights for a wedding, the view from our balcony was so pretty you couldn’t hope for better, the room was clean, and air conditioning was great. It is 120 steps up but we found it no problem as there was lots to look at on the way up and close to the main square, but wouldn’t be practical for anyone with difficulty walking. ||The bus drops you at tunnel as no cars can come through and it’s about a 5-10 min walk to the B and B. We waited about 10mins for the restaurant to open to be checked in, the staff were really friendly and helpful. We ate at the restaurant which was brilliant food like all the reviews said, we also got 10% off food bill for being guests. We also ate here for lunch the following day too and was fresh and tasty. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, see the photos I added, a range of fresh croissants, meat and cheese, cakes, juices etc, big bonus it was all covered so no flies!! We sat overlooking the most beautiful view so peaceful to start the day. ||We got cheap return bus tickets from the Tabacco shop at the bottom of the stairs in the square to go to amalfi and it picks you up from end of tunnel again. There are little shops dotted around as you walk up to get food and drink from.||There is a hairdryer and basic shower gel, towels, mini fridge with complimentary lemoncello and water, tv (couldn’t get any English channels to work but we weren’t in room long enough to care) only slight problem was there was only one iron to share so as another guest hadn’t returned it we couldn’t iron shirt before wedding so recommend for staff to get a few more for future guests, they were apologetic so couldn’t fault them. ||You are close to the church so expect the bells throughout the day and night, so an early wake up call but took this as part of the atmosphere and culture! ||Couldn’t recommend ravello enough it’s amazing, pretty and relaxing with lots of little shops, cafes and bars to look around. Thankyou for a lovely stay and would recommend you to anyone going...

Read moreMy boyfriend and I stayed here last week whilst we sorted out our wedding arrangements. We booked this place due to its location within Ravello and it's price!||We arrived early (11am) but the staff within the pizzeria kindly accommodated us early and showed us to our room. It was evident during our stay that we were possibly the only guests in the B&B as it was very quiet but we expected this out of season.||The bedroom itself was immaculate and relatively modern by Italian standards. There was complimentary limoncello which was lovely and a couple of bottles of water in the mini fridge. The bathroom and bedroom were both large and clean. There was a terrace outside our bedroom but across the landing which we weren't sure whether we could use but it was sometimes occupied by laundry. It would have been good to have been offered this outdoor space in the sunshine.||The only complaint we had during our stay was a consistent noise from the room above (we were on the first floor) it sounded like someone dragging furniture or walking loudly backwards and forwards across the room above, this usually continued until 10-11pm. Not what you want when you've had 2 hours sleep from travelling. ||We had a lovely view of Ravello- Mimi is positioned quite high in the town. In the morning we went to the pizzeria for breakfast and had a large breakfast offering for a very good price - 5 euros each. The breakfast consisted of toast, jams, cake, croissants and cereals.||The staff in the pizzeria deal with the B&B and they are not the owners of the B&B so any queries could not be answered by them and likewise when we went to the pizzeria at 8-9pm it was closed so we couldn't get any assistance. However, aside from this the staff are very friendly and sweet and went above and beyond in the mornings at breakfast and upon arrival and departure to accommodate us. They also stored our baggage for us on the day of departure. ||A great little place that offers value...
